HAPPY END

The day snow comes down and stiff minus degrees take over, I'm content. Right now it's the case of fluctuating between feeling ill and feeling better, and then feeling ill again. Nevertheless I have a really exciting project going on that takes up most of my time, but when I'm ready, I'll come and tell you all about it. What else?

Oh yes... It was about a week ago when a really adorable Russian Blue cat was crying in front of our house in the dark. I stooped next to the car and heard his crying and told him that all will be well, and we'll find its family together. Finally the cat came to me, I picked him up and took him inside. My husband almost fainted and my daughter asked if we can keep him. So we fed the cat and it seemed that after a meal of boiled chicken, he was a bit tired. He was going around our place and all of a sudden... he disappeared! It was in this shoe cupboard that I photographed the cat in, and posted the note on Facebook, which tens and tens of people shared for a few hours. Until I found the cat from the shoe shelf. When the cat wasn't asleep, he was elated and talkative. Purred and purred. A day later, the cat's owner called me and it turned out that the kitty lives near us. My heart burst with joy. We took the cat to his owner and found out that his name is Simba and he's our new neighbour. I promised the owner that I would happily catsit when they go travelling. That was the loveliest moment of the passed week - to give Simba back to his owner. So ended chapter Simba in our lives. It was comforting and lovely. It seemed that I really needed a story with a happy ending before the snow comes down.
