3. Otsi internetist või kokaraamatust mõni uus retsept ja kaasa kokkamisse pereliikmed. Mina meelitan alati oma tütar Rene kööki ja annan talle mõned väikesed ülesanded. Me räägime koos juttu ja Rene maailmavaade mõjub lausa tervendavalt.
4. Maniküür! Väike vann kätele ja küüntele teeb alati head. Vali oma küünelakkide seast välja lemmiktoon ja tuju on õige pea parem! Kui ei usu, proovi järgi.
5. Kas Sa oled viimasel ajal unustanud nägu maskitada? Lukusta end vannituppa, otsi kapist välja üks hea näomask ja poputa end! Miks üldse näomaske teha? Loe lähemalt SIIT.
6. Mis on sinu lemmikfilm või telesari? Kas sul on DVD kodus? Ehk on keegi selle filmi lahkelt Youtube`i üles laadinud? Kuum kakao või soe tassike teed, kommid ja sina diivanil istumas taustaks jooksmas lemmikfilm. Ma armastan sarja "Mõrvad Midsomeris" ja ühe nutika mõrvariga osa "Destroying Angel" leiad SIIT.

Every year I get older, I feel how things I got disturbed by before or made me sad, don't bother me anymore. Only thing I still let to bother me is terrible weather. There are days I will walk towards bad weather with a courage. It doesn't disturb me and, but still I find myself from a black hole.
I know I am not the only one who feels that way. As much as upcoming fall makes people glad, it makes some people depressed because of its dark evenings. I have created little list and included bigger and smaller things into it, that will make my mood when the weather is not that great. I happen to have a big responsibility - I have little daughter at home and there is no doubt, happier parents will affect a child positively.
1. Cleaning can be extraordinarily calming and comforting as you can see the result immediately. If you have cleaned your messy kitchen cupboard or shelf in the hallway, you can clearly feel the satisfaction and joy. Cleaning almost like sets the energies gotten stuck in your home free and gives the strength for everything else.
2. Ironing has been really relaxing for me. As with cleaning, you can see the result right away and what can be better than seeing the neat row of already ironed shirts. Also, people who love to iron their PJs, know the feeling of getting into freshly ironed night wear.
3. Search some new recipes from the internet and cook with your whole family. I always tempt my daughter Rene to cook with me and give her some smaller activities while cooking. We are usually chatting while doing it and her point of view is always refreshing.
4. Manicure! Little bath soak is always good to the nails. Choose your favourite nail polish shade and your mood will be better than before! If you don't believe me, try it yourself.
5. Have you skipped on your favourite face mask lately? Lock yourself into your bathroom and pamper your face with a good face mask. Why you should do masks in the first place? Read it here.
6. What is your favourite movie or series? Whether you have the DVD or you can find it on Youtube, watch it again. Hot cocoa or warm cup of tea, you on your couch and your favourite movie playing for you. It works! Right now I am always watching "Midsomer Murders" and I will share one link that take you to Youtube to watch my fave movie Destroying Angel (link here).
7. Whenever I am so fed up and almost angry, it is time for the sauna and swimming. I usually buy the three hour ticket and half of the time I spend in the Finnish sauna. When you are in sauna, don't forget to pamper yourself with the procedures like exfoliating your body and doing a hair mask.
8. If you never get tanned (that's me!), the wonderful mood can be achieved with getting your tan on. I usually get my tan from a bottle. Dove is the one I recommend!
9. When you have a fireplace at home, make a fire and sit in front of it. I can look the fire and dream while doing it, forever. Sometimes it is also good not to think about anything at all. It is purifying!
10. Don't forget scented candles! I am still addicted to Nurme Seep and Stellarium candle that vas developed in the collaboration between the two. Recently I discovered their Pine Woods candle that is very calming. The creator Marit Tiits of Nurme Seep sure does know how to make wonderful scented candles.
11. The bravest tips has to be to stand up despite the bad weather. I remember the time I cycled with my cruiser bike and it was pouring sleet down from heaven. When I got to work, I was not bothered by the weather at all. My head was clear and mood was great!
