Parem leppige sellega!"
No mis ma oskan kosta? Viimasel ajal olen iseendaga leppinud ja lõpetanud lõputu isepruunistuva kreemi kasutamise. Kui olen valge nahaga, siis olen valge. Suur kunst on iseendaga leppida. Leppida sellisena nagu oled. Sellegipoolest üritan ma suvel mõned korrad rannas käia. Ma elasin kümmekond aastat mere ääres. Täpsemalt on meie majast liivarand ja meri täpselt üle tee. Ja just see on paik, kuhu lähen alati tagasi. Hiljuti tegime meie kodusel rannal mõned suvised kaadrid. Hea neid talvel vaadata. Muidu ei usukski, et meil nii soe oli...

I have never been a beach chick who would expose her belly in the morning by the sea and loiter there until the sunset. One reason is that no matter how long I lay in the sun, I do not tan. I do not go red, I do not go brown... I can linger in the sun for hours on end - nothing changes. I once complained about it to my dermatologist, who said that, yeah, that's the kind of skin you have!
Well, what can I say? Lately, I've come to terms with myself and I’ve quit on using self-tanning lotions. If I have white skin, then I'm white. It’s a form of art - to accept yourself. As you are. Nonetheless, I'm striving to go to the beach a couple of times during every summer. For ten years, I’ve lived by the sea. Specifically, the sea was across the road from my house. And this is the place I always go back to. Recently, we shot some spirited pictures at our home by the sea, in the garden of the sea-side house, on the beach we call our own.
